1 · What we collect
We collect (a) information you give us directly through the contact form or email, (b) basic anonymized analytics about how this site is used, and (c) project information necessary to deliver our services under contract. Nothing more.
2 · How we use it
To respond to enquiries, deliver contracted work, send invoices, and improve the studio. We do not use it for behavioural advertising or targeting.
3 · How we store it
On infrastructure protected by industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to people who need it to do the work. Backups are encrypted.
4 · Third parties
We use a small number of trusted vendors (email, analytics, project management, payments). They process information on our behalf under data-processing agreements. We do not sell information to third parties — full stop.
5 · Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your information at any time. Email privacy@hardevconsultants.com. We respond within 30 days, usually within one.
6 · Cookies
We use a single first-party cookie to remember your theme preference (light or dark). No third-party cookies. No tracking pixels. No banners — because there is nothing to consent to.
7 · Updates
If this policy materially changes, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, email clients on active engagements.
